RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote State Farm insurance products and services.
- Identify and qualify leads for agents by gathering relevant customer information.
- Aggressively follow up on leads, referrals, to generate a sales pipeline.
- Qualify potential customers, and tell them about State Farm insurance.
- Log all prospect and customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous telemarketing or sales experience preferred
- Persuasion skills, likes to work with people
- Willingness to learn about insurance products
- Professional and courteous telephone manner.
- Focus on achieving targets and contributing to the agency’s growth.
Compensation: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
